• Product data: books, chapters, covers, exports and generation history you create.
• Purchase data: plan, credits, order and transaction identifiers received from our payment providers. We never receive or store your card details.
• Technical data: security and audit logs used to protect the service.

How we use it

To operate your account, generate and store your books, apply your plan and credits, provide support, and detect abuse. We do not sell your data.

Processors

We use third-party providers for hosting, database and authentication, AI generation, and payments. They process data only to deliver those functions.

Retention and your rights

Your content is kept while your account is active. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@kindlecraftai.live.
