You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Accounts are for a single user unless a team plan is purchased.
Access levels and credit balances are granted from verified purchase notifications sent by our payment providers. Credits are consumed by AI actions and are not transferable between accounts.
You own the books and covers you create. Commercial resale rights are included only with the plan that explicitly grants a commercial license.
You may not use the service to generate unlawful, infringing or harmful material, or to attempt to bypass credit limits, security controls or rate limits.
Refunds are handled by the payment platform used at checkout. When a refund or chargeback is confirmed, the related access and credits are adjusted accordingly.
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
